As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we will be in daily communication with Altimate Care employees and follow updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as the World Health Organization (WHO). The service we provide is NHS compliant and we remain committed to the health and well-being of our employees and clients above all else.

During this time, we are following the Government instructions concerning the provision of home care and ensuring that we reduce the risk of spreading the virus whilst delivering our care service to our clients so that they remain healthy and well at home.

Our caregivers are working hard to reduce the risk of transmission by following healthy working practices in line with the current government advice. This requires the use, where applicable, of personal protective equipment (PPE). The PPE consists of the use of masks, gloves and/or eye protection when providing care.

If a caregiver has COVID-19 symptoms, the caregiver is urged to follow the Government’s stay at home guidance.
